Vegas Computer Predicts Score Of Tonight’s Bengals-Ravens Game

The last time the Baltimore Ravens saw the Cincinnati Bengals, Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd turned fourth-and-12 into a 49-yard touchdown in the final minute of Week 17, sending the Ravens home for January and upstate NY into a frenzy as Baltimore coughed up the AFC's final wild-card spot to the Buffalo Bills.

And when the Bengals returned to Cincinnati after a second straight losing season, owner Mike Brown chose to give Lewis a two-year extension based in part upon the Bengals' 31-27 win that day.

On the play, the Ravens chose to switch from man-to-man coverage to a Cover 2 (their two-deep alignment) and paid the price for it. Boyd found himself wide open at the Ravens' 25-yard line.

Andy Dalton came to the line on fourth-and-12 from the Baltimore 49-yard line. The Bengals may just make the play-offs where they would get the chance to end one of the longest unwanted runs going, the Bengals have not won a playoff game since 1990. "That's a big one - puts us 2-0 to start the year and gives us a leg up in the division".

Due to injuries a couple years ago, or last season's offensive debacle with a bad offensive line and an early-season coordinator change, Green's numbers dipped.

Geno Atkins (two sacks, four QB hits) repeatedly hounded Flacco, who completed 32 of 55 passes for 376 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions while struggling with his accuracy. Before his two-catch, 17-yard effort in the 2017 finale, Green racked up 37 catches for 678 yards and six touchdowns in the previous six meetings. Dalton had a QB rating of 109.7 and had plenty of support from running back Joe Mixon, who had 95 yards and a score. Green to fall into a 21-0 deficit. "We were in a groove". The Ravens switched up their coverages on Green but couldn't stop him.

The Ravens (1-1) were coming off one of their most impressive games, a 47-3 win over Buffalo that was the third-largest margin of victory in franchise history.

Flacco threw a pair of touchdown passes, including a 21-yarder to John Brown that cut it to 28-23 with 9:35 left. Dalton was sharp Thursday night, with four touchdown passes and no interceptions.

Flacco fumbled with 2:42 to go - Shawn Williams stripped the ball from behind - setting up a field goal by Randy Bullock that closed it out. The Ravens defense sent quarterback Nathan Peterman to the bench (where he arguably should have been anyway) and made Josh Allen's debut far from memorable in rainy weather in Baltimore.

Veteran defensive end Michael Johnson shepherded rookie defensive end Sam Hubbard through a few pass-rush tactics. "Whoever was fresh was going out and making plays".

The Ravens did what they had to do against the Bills, but they face a much tougher challenge tonight against the Bengals on Thursday Night Football. Harbaugh said an exam found no ligament damage, but Mosley could be sidelined for a while.
