Netflix cancels 'The Break with Michelle Wolf'

Netflix won't be bringing back talk shows starring Michelle Wolf and Joel McHale, Vulture has learned.

Last February when Wolf's upcoming show was announced, Wolf said, "You can expect the types of jokes my former bosses would tell me we couldn't do on TV". The Break's first trailer came out in April before the show debuted in May and right after Wolf's provocative and controversial gig hosting The White House Correspondents Dinner.

Netflix confirmed to Fox News that they would not be ordering more episodes of the show.

Prior to her show, Wolf had worked for four years as a writer-contributor on "The Daily Show" and writer on "Late Night With Seth Meyers".

Then, months later on her now-canceled Netflix show, Wolf compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement to the Islamic terrorist group known as ISIS. While it's not immediately clear why the shows won't be returning, it's likely the company decided the two series weren't generating enough viewership (or buzz) to merit the added expenditure.

Ouch: The site also reported that the streaming service has cancelled The Joel McHale Show too.

Netflix - which unveiled David Letterman's My Next Guest Needs No Introduction in January and the 10th season of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee in July - will offer up several more talk shows in the coming months, including Norm Macdonald Has a Show and Patriot Act With Hasan Minhaj. She burns facts and uses the ash to create a flawless smokey eye, ' the comedian added. Is it Sarah Huckabee Sander? "I know... Aunt Coulter". "If you want an abortion, get one", Wolf said.
