Princess Charlotte and Prince George leave with their father after Prince Louis' christening. Princess Charlotte looked precious in a blue dress and matching headband while Prince George sported a short-sleeved white shirt and navy shorts.

BBC reports that Middleton was overheard saying Louis was "very relaxed and peaceful", and joked to the archbishop that she hopes "he stays like this".

Prince George's and Princess Charlotte's godparents are also close friends and relatives of the royal couple. Kensington Palace tweeted a video of guests arriving at the ceremony.

She finished the look with a detailed Sean Barrett hat in the same shade of blue.

His christening was attended by senior-ranking rankings including Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Catherine's father Michael Middleton, as well as her pregnant sister Pippa and her husband James Matthews, were also amongst those invited to the service.

The third child of Prince William and wife Kate was christened on Monday (Tuesday NZ Time) at a royal chapel.

'I remember the Battle of Britain being fought in the skies above us and we shall never forget the courage and sacrifice of that time, ' she added, referring to the decisive encounter between the air forces of Britain and Nazi Germany over southern England in 1940.

Harry and Meghan Duchess of Sussex leave after the christening service. Louis will wear the replica of the royal christening robe, first used in 2008. The new version was made by the Queen's dresser, Angela Kelly. The christening cake served at the tea is a tier taken from William and Kate's eight-tier wedding cake.

Prince Louis was born on April 23, 2018, and on July 9, he was christened for the world to see. He is fifth in line to the throne.

The final guests were the young prince's six godparents and their spouses, all of whom are friends or family of the Duke and Duchess.

Judi also notes that Meghan and Harry avoided engaging in their normal public displays of affection and maintained a calm, more serious expression. He has been banned from driving three times, including twice for drink-driving and once for speeding. And perhaps most importantly, Van Custem's daughter Grace was a bridesmaid at William and Kate's 2011 wedding, where she was famously photographed holding her ears pouting atop the Buckingham Palace balcony.
