Princess Eugenie & Jack Brooksbank Announce Some Amazing News About Their Wedding!

There will be several similarities between the two sets of nuptials. The 1,200 guests will also listen to a live broadcast of the marriage service.

Princess Eugenie and her fiancé Jack Brooksbank's royal wedding was expected to be a private affair, but Buckingham Palace has announced that members of the public will be invited to the big day in Windsor on Friday 12 October.

Two hundred onlookers, majority associated with charities close to both Harry and Meghan's hearts, gathered in the castle grounds to see the couple leave the chapel as husband and wife.

Eugenie, 28, younger daughter of Queen Elizabeth's third child Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, will tie the knot with boyfriend Jack Brooksbank, 32, at the monarch's Windsor home on october 12.

The plans draw striking similarities to Prince Harry's nuptials to Meghan, now Duchess of Sussex, in May, and the it's been revealed Eugenie will also undertake "a short carriage procession" through Windsor High Street after exchanging their vows.

Those selected will join representatives of charities supported by the couple, together with members of the Windsor community, children from local schools and Royal Household staff. "The carriage will process through the grounds of Windsor Castle, departing via Castle Hill to proceed along part of the High Street before returning to the Castle via Cambridge Gate", the statement concluded.
