Former UCLA basketball player Billy Knight was found dead early Sunday morning in Arizona at age 39.

According to TMZ Sports, Knight was arrested on June 14 in Phoenix, Ariz. for alleged child sex abuse.

Knight also said he believed the video would be his "last message on earth". What killed him is yet to be confirmed as his body is yet to be examined to ascertain what killed him.

Knight posted a six-minute video on YouTube on July 8 titled "Billy Knight "I'm Sorry Lord".

UCLA Basketball tweeted sympathies for Knight and his family.

'I wasn't honest with a lot of people. even my mom, my brother and my family members.

Knight, who was facing six felonies, apparently chose to end his life instead.

Officials pronounced Knight dead around 2:45 a.m. Sunday after the Phoenix fire department found Knight on a roadway, the Los Angeles Daily News reports. You can't play around with life. He detailed his struggle with mental illness, saying, "I isolated myself from my family members". Later in the video he says "I just feel like I don't belong here on Earth". If this happens, you probably have a mental illness.

Knight was a fantastic player for the Bruins between 1997 and 2002, but unfortunately is yet another UCLA alum gone too soon. "We ask that the Bruin family keep Billy's loved ones in their thoughts during this hard time", tweeted the UCLA men's basketball program. UCLA fans have been dealt a second heartbreaking loss, as just this past weekend, former Bruin, Tyler Honeycutt, lost his life in a shootout with the police. Knight started all 33 games in the 2001-02 campaign, but he never broke into the National Basketball Association, bouncing around the D-League and France and Japan after his college career.
