Cyberpunk 2077 gets another 14 new screenshots

Rowley believes that the first-person perspective will best allow the game to fully "immerse the player in that world", and that the huge detail and atmosphere will allow the player to feel like they've walked through their screen into their corrupt universe.

As far as exploration goes, CD Projekt Red has emphasized verticality with Cyberpunk 2077.

It basically appears CD Projekt Red has taken the best from The Witcher series and upgrade it to a whole new level with an even larger world, different cyberpunk setting, vehicles, and more.

Players will be able to talk their way through several situations without conflict, and, much like The Witcher 3, they'll also be able to do so by choosing from a wide array of dialogue options that fit the personality they're aiming for with their character. Interestingly enough, CD Projekt Red has stated that each decision a player makes regarding these details "influence the shape of the game".

The website revealed a number of Cyberpunk 2077's gameplay details.

As you readers probably already know, the newest Cyberpunk 2077 trailer was shown during the Microsoft conference on Sunday. First we learned that Cyberpunk 2077 is a first-person game, which caused some backlash from fans who want a carbon copy of The Witcher 3's design - but it turns out, the third-person perspective will pop up from time to time.

That said, Rowley emphasized numerous times that the game will not be a first-person shooter (FPS). As you progress, you'll develop skills in urban warfare and network hacking, as well as modify your body with cyberware like infra-red eyes or neural reflex boosters. We still don't know much about what kind of game Cyberpunk will be, we know it will be a single-player RPG driven by choice and in-depth character customization.

In a world where you have no future, what matters is that you control who you are.

With dozens of hours of main story quests, and many more of additional activities, there's always something to see and do in Night City.
