The paper says the 73-year-old is reportedly anxious about attending the ceremony after allegations surfaced that he had staged a series of paparazzi shots.

The Daily Mail reports that Thomas Markle was caught on CCTV collaborating with Los Angeles-based paparazzi photographer Jeff Rayner on a series of photos that were sold to publications around the world for up to £100,000 (~$136,000).

I'm not saying there is anything necessarily wrong with a woman being walked down the aisle - although, for me personally, the imagery of taking a sow to market was a little too strong, so I found my own way to the altar at my wedding.

It's unconfirmed at this point which, if any, of these options are under consideration, or if Markle's father is really going to skip the wedding, as he said Monday.
