Kanye West's Nonsense Gets Everyone Killed in SNL's A Quiet Place Parody

Kanye West's Nonsense Gets Everyone Killed in SNL's A Quiet Place Parody

Kanye West's tweets might be a boon for some (or, really, just for Trump), but for others, they represent a distinct peril: In "A Kanye Place", a sketch from Saturday night's Donald Glover-hosted episode based on the horror film A Quiet Place, the tweets, in fact, swiftly bring death.

The rapper and fashion designer's remarks have included his public support of controversial US leader Donald Trump, and his belief that 400 years of slavery was a "choice" for African-Americans.The latter particularly riled up friends, fans, followers, and critics alike, and Glover made sure to poke fun at his peer on SNL in the skit titled A Kanye Place. "He said he would have voted for Trump".

"Don't speak unless it's absolutely necessary", Thompson instructs Glover and the rest of the group. "The monsters can't see us but they can hear us and if we're too loud, we'll all be killed".

Glover and his group of survivors slowly track to safety but as more of West's tweets come out all hell breaks loose.

"He signed the hat, y'all".

The four remaining people try to remain focused on what matters.

"Like how to survive the monsters", Bennett responds. And also the midterm elections.

Strong vanishes after she mouths off about Chrissy Tiegen's friendship with Kanye and Tiegen's baby shower.

"No! Kanye, leave Chrissy Teigen out of this", Cecily said during the sketch. Then Bryant mulls aloud about the "poopity scoop" lyric in the new Kanye song "Lift Yourself" as she plays it on Glover's phone.
