Buhari returns to Nigeria following Medical Trip to London

President Muhammadu Buhari on his arrival at the airport in Abuja yesterday revealed that he is in good health. He needs to be honest with Nigerians to say he his unwell.

"Nigerians are so secretive".

"I can not speak for the President because he is an individual. When you are used to a doctor, you want to keep to that doctor".

Adesina, in the statement titled "Beware of Fake Statements Ascribed to President Buhari", claimed that some statements credited to the president on social media were false.

Adewole stressed that Yusuf did not travel to Germany for medical treatment.

Trips that still have not pleased Nigerians who have often called for the resignation of the president.

Speaking on Hard Copy, a Channels Television programme on Friday, the minister said Buhari directed that his son should be treated in Nigeria even when people were clamouring that he should be flown overseas.

According to him " I just went for a checkup. He had his surgery in Nigeria. "That, for me, is the starting point and we will challenge others", said Oshiomhole.

The President, who left the nation's capital on Tuesday, returned to Abuja at about 6.45pm on Friday.

President Buhari was accompanied to the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, by some top government officials and presidential aides.
