Mysterious Nokia X landing at the end of April

Since the device launch is so near, more details are expected to hit the Internet soon. This is evident from a digital advertisement in the country that teases the "X" logo with two sleek smartphones crossing each other, and the launch date mentioned below. It is not known if the device is officially called the Nokia "ex" or the Nokia "ten".

As per an advertisement in China, the latest smartphone may be unveiled in China on April 27.

HMD is knowing to revive old Nokia phones like the Nokia 3310 last year and the Nokia 8810 "banana phone" this year. What can be said for sure is that it will be an Android One phone as HMD had announced all future phones Nokia 3 upwards will be part of the Android One program.

Rumor has it that the Nokia X will have variants with 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM, and either Qualcomm Snapdragon, or MediaTek processors.

Nokia X is expected to be a mid-range smartphone, however nothing is conformed yet.

In 2014, Nokia, just before being acquired by Microsoft, launched the company's first ever Android-powered Nokia X. The company has begun putting out ads in China promoting a new handset which is coming out on April 27.
