Corning man arrested after threatening to physically assault women and kids

"It has been determined that Reiss has left Florida and traveled through the Gulf States".

The suspect allegedly stole her victim's cash, credit cards, ID, and auto before fleeing across state lines.

Investigators in Florida said Hutchinson was murdered by a woman who is now the subject of a nationwide manhunt.

In a seven-second video clip released on Monday, filmed at the Smokin' Oyster Brewery on 5 April, Mrs Reiss is purported to be shown wearing a light blue shirt while chatting with the victim. The new friends seem to hit it off talking at the bar - but Reiss' allegedly had an ulterior motive for the chitchat.

Then in early April - police say she befriended Hutchinson in Fort Myers and shot her to death.

There was no connection between Reiss and Hutchinson, but Dodge County sheriffs said Reiss' mode of operation was to befriend women before stealing their identity. "Further investigation revealed that Ms. Hutchinson was targeted by the suspect due to the similarities in their appearance". She reportedly snatched Hutchinson's cash, credit and identity cards, quickly hopped into her white 2005 Honda Acura TL and ran. She has no criminal record, according to authorities.

Riess and her husband, David, were well known and well liked among the 2,000 or so residents of Blooming Prairie, Minn., according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Reiss' husband was found dead after his business partner called police to conduct a welfare check on him. Despite admitting the attack he said he did not mean to kill his wife.

In 2017, the severed torso of a woman found in a nullah at Mahape, also under the jurisdiction of the Rabale MIDC police, was identified with the help of a tattoo on the body. "Everyone is kind of in shock about it". The vehicle which Police believes she was likely driving was discovered in Florida.

Authorities said Riess is considered armed and unsafe.
