Carrie Underwood Shares First Up-Close Face Photo Since Accident

The 53rd annual ACM Awards will be air on CBS on April 15, Sunday.

The song is the first Underwood will release under her new recording contract with Universal Music Group Nashville.

"I haven't seen her", Bryan told ET, explaining that he and Underwood's husband, Mike Fisher, are good friends and sometimes fishing buddies. Of course, Carrie always looks incredible when she hits the stage, and we're expecting no different at the ACMs.

For many musicians, the city has been the site of special memories, from playing live concerts to winning awards.

Miranda Lambert is set to perform, and host Reba McEntire revealed that the ACM Awards will pay tribute to the victims of the Las Vegas shooting past year.

Underwood, who has yet to demonstrate the full image of her face since her November 10 accident when she dropped down the measures of her Nashville residence, causing her to have significantly more than 40 stitches, confirmed that she'd formally launch her face at the ACM Awards in vegas.

The Texas native has won 29 ACM Awards throughout her career and goes into this year's ceremony tied with Brooks & Dunn for the title of the winningest artist in ACM history.

Chris Stapleton has been honored with eight nominations, including his first for Entertainer of the Year. The track's producer, Scott Hendricks, also is an Oklahoma native. Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris have also garnered four nominations apiece.

Virgie native Josh Osborne is up for songwriting and producing awards at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards.

He's closely followed by future Rupp Arena visitor Thomas Rhett, who has six nominations and helped facilitate one of the other Kentucky nominations: Nicholasville's TK McKamy for video of the year with Rhett's "Marry Me".

Ballerini is a star in her own right after a highly-anticipated performance with McEntire, at the 2017 Country Music Association Awards.

Additional collaborations include Kane Brown and Alaina performing the multiplatinum hit "What Ifs", Urban and Julia Michaels doing a duet on Urban's new single "Coming Home", and Bebe Rexha with Florida Georgia Line rolling out their chart-topper "Meant to Be".

Expect to see a number of familiar faces presenting like "The Ranch" stars Sam Elliott and Ashton Kutcher, Kiefer Sutherland, "The Talk" host Eve, Olympic Alpine Skier Lindsey Vonn, actress Rebecca Romijn, and New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
