Arnold Schwarzenegger feeling 'much better' after surgery

"But I'm good. I feel good", a visibly tired Arnold Schwarzenegger said in a short video message.

He expressed gratitude to the doctors and nurses that performed the procedure and now he's made a decision to express his gratitude to fans for their huge support.

Schwarzenegger says he is feeling better, but is "not great yet". I can't say, even with my positive attitude, that I'm great because I'm not great yet - great is a totally different level, but I'm good.

"Thank you so much for all your wishes", he says in the Twitter video. "But I'm good. I feel good, I've got good care, good doctors, everything".

"Yesterday, Governor Schwarzenegger underwent a planned procedure at Cedars-Sinai to replace a pulmonic valve that was originally replaced due to a congenital heart defect in 1997", he wrote in a statement on Twitter. I've got good care, good doctors, good nurses - everything's fantastic.

In terms of his recovery progress, Schwarzenegger said that he's improving, but he wouldn't characterize himself as great. He delivered the message while has to play the chess game to fresh-up his mind and his memory a little bit.

Ketchell told Us Weekly last month that Schwarzenegger was "doing well post-surgery and was "joking with people, laughing and in great spirits". Throughout the ordeal, he's kept his deadpan Teutonic sense of humour, reportedly remarking "I'm back" when he woke up from the surgery.

Schwarzenegger is on the mend after going into the hospital for an expected surgery to replace an artificial pulmonary valve in his heart.

He continued: "But I'm good".
