Jeff Goldblum returns as Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World Evolution

"I highly recommend it", he says with peak Goldblum inflection.

Jeff Goldblum's Jurassic Park character plays a key role in Jurassic World Evolution, a theme park-building video game coming this summer.

If you needed a reason to pick up Jurassic World Evolution other than rampaging dinosaurs, here it is folks. Now, Frontier gets to work with the Jurassic Park brand, and adding Jeff Goldblum gives it a more legitimate tie to that franchise.

It seems that Jurassic World Evolution will include one hilarious feature to entice players.

Goldblum will be reprising his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm in the title, and will apparently 'be with you the whole game.' Apparently, he'll be serving to guide you through some hard moral choices and tactical decisions. They can bioengineer new breeds of dinosaurs and build park attractions.

When Jurassic World Evolution was announced, many fans likely thought of it as a simple world builder that players could experience.

Jurassic World Evolution doesn't have a hard release date yet, but we know it's coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Dr. Malcolm will serve as the game's narrator, guiding players through choices and decisions as they attempt to build and manage their own Jurassic World park.

When the island's dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. He returned for the 1997 sequel, The Lost World: Jurassic Park (also directed by Spielberg), but did not appear in the third or fourth films in the series.
